The inputoutput data of a system is given in which it has one input as the voltage and output is the response of that blackbox system and is the simulation time for the system response. The structure of the system is completely unknown and we are going to model the behavior of the system using NeuroFuzzy toolbox in Matlab as ANFIS. For this, you need to use an appropriate data set to be fed into the ANFIS toolbox. The data set can be chosen by the ARX system identification method. Starting with the data selection procedure, extract a fuzzy model for the given data set. Compare the output of the estimated model with the exact output. Then design fuzzy controllers for your model, based on the methods described in the attached papers. The fuzzy controllers shall be designed in a way that the system output can track the behavior of a step input applied to the system as reference with minimum error. You should tune the parameters of the fuzzy controllers using the Genetic Algorithm.
