Gallagher et al. reported on a study to identify factors that influence women's attendance at cardiac rehabilitation programs. They found that by 12 weeks post-discharge, only 64 percent of eligible women attended such programs. Using 64 percent as an estimate of the attendance percentage of all eligible women, find the probability that in a sample of 45 women selected at random from the population of eligible women less than 50 percent would attend programs.
