GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In connection to earlier performance tasks, create an internal communication plan for your chosen organization. 2. Using the environmental considerations (planning and land issues, hazardous substances, air, water, noise, waste, etc.) cited during the legislative and regulatory audit in 05 Task Performance 1, create an internal communication plan. 3. For each environmental consideration, adhere to the following guidelines: o Using the data/information from objectives and targets formulation in 07 Task Performance 1, fill in the required outcomes. o Pick at least two (2) communication categories (informing, instructing, motivating, seeking) for each environmental consideration and craft appropriate internal communications. An example is provided below. For other examples, refer to Pages 2-3 of the handout. o Ensure that your communications highlight initiatives that aim to lessen the risks of environmental issues while maximizing their operational and financial benefits to the company
