General instructions- Exercise 2-Part 1 Stakeholder Mgt. Plan

• Exercise 2 Part 1 constitutes 15% of total marks.
• It would be a group Assignment.
• Students can choose any Project for Stakeholder analysis
• The submission would be done through the Dropbox. Submission should be done in .pdf/.docx format.
• Assignments shall not be accepted after the due date-25/10.

Report Structure:

The report must contain the following elements:

• Title
• Table of contents
• Background of the project

• Organizational Chart

• PI Grid and Stakeholder map

• Stakeholder register

• Engagement Plan

• Resources

Note: Any further sections can be added as per requirement. Students can also use their own templates.

Label all the figures and screenshots. The title page must include the topic and names & ids of all the students. The report will be judged on the content, clarity, detail, structure and analysis.
