Chapter 2: - Separate the People from the Problem

required to read "Getting to Yes" in its entirety and submit a three page, persuasive legal memorandum. Each student will be assigned a chapter and, focusing on an issue addressed in the chapter, you will address: 1. Your conclusion on that issue, 2. The author's rule/conclusion presented regarding that issue, 3. The authors' analysis, 4. Your analysis, 5. And your conclusion. Your analysis should focus on why a technique or tactic is beneficial or not beneficial. Your goal should be to think about how the technique will be viewed from all parties; as objectively as possible. You may present examples or hypothetical situations, from sources other than the book,to support your argument.
