Hi,

Thank you for sending us that last update email regarding the team meeting. I just wanted to let you know that I have never attended any of these meetings in the past, and I dont really think I have to start now.

Its probably for the best as well; I dont do too well in team meetings like this. Im not that good at public speaking and I get nervous when it comes time to share.
