Workers have a duty to perform their jobs in a satisfactory manner.$($Gilbert$,2016).$ Dialysis patients are very susceptible to COVID$-19,$ so it is of optimum importance that all personnel adhere to the rules. It is mandated by the state for all medical personnel to receive the COVID$-19$ shot. Thus, the first thing I$$d do is verify the validity of all personnel$$s vaccination cards. After which, all personnel who falsified their documents will be terminated immediately. Rob is a great employee who lifts the clients$$ spirits; however, he has also endangered their lives. This is a careless and irresponsible act that could cost the clients their lives but also cause his employers multiple malpractice lawsuits. It is unethical for Rob to falsify his vaccination card. Moreover, to brag about it is unprofessional and disappointing for such an excellent employee.
