The two learnings in this interview that will help me in this or the future course is that Understanding the business as a whole is important because HR functions need to be aligned with the organization's goals. This means that HR needs to understand the business and how it operates, and then design HR policies and practices that support the organization's goals. The next one is being able to communicate and present effectively is important because HR needs to be able to communicate HR policies and practices to employees in a clear and concise way.Next is personal learnings from the interview which is I learned the importance of being able to work independently and in a team and The importance of being able to think critically and solve problems because if we understand how to think critically and solve problems and work independently and in a team I believe that is one of the reasons for having a successful career in HR$.$The two points from my interview that I can connect to content that I learned in class are that Gain Practical Experience and Develop Strong Analytical and Communication Skills. This will help us to develop our skills and knowledge and make connections in the HR industry and we should have a strong analytical and communication skills to effectively analyze data and communicate with employees and management.Create a list of questions that delve deep into the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
