Throughout her career, she has developed her abilities in a variety of fields, including performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition. She is also an excellent communicator and problem solver who can successfully handle challenging HR situations and identify win$-$win solutions for the business and its staff. Anum is a very capable candidate, and I look forward to hearing her response to my inquiries.About the interview with ms anums malik these are the steps and process that I did. first is I downloaded the linkedin app and then make a profile search for the qualifications and then I saw ms anums and messaged her about the interview and she happily accepted it saying it seemed like fun and that she had done projects similar to this while in college. Regarding to my interview with ms anum who has been in the field for $7$ years. Ms Anum decided to become a human resource professional because they had a business background and wanted to demonstrate that they could work in a different field. The career journey of Ms Anum has been pretty linear, and they have been lucky to get promotions and increase their knowledge in the field. Ms Anum started their career as an HR assistant and then moved on to be a generalist. She is currently working as a consultant. Ms Anum experience in HR has been positive, and they have enjoyed learning new things and being able to help people. In addition to her professional career ms anum has more experience working in both small and large organizations. Ms Anum discusses her favorite areas of human resources practice, their favorite HR experience, and their personal human resource philosophy.While Ms Anums current role appears to have a wide range of responsibilities in their HR consultant role, and she has a general interest in all aspects of HR$.$ Their organization also has a strong commitment to treating employees well and supporting their success.Furthermore, the HR team in her organization appears to be relatively small but is likely to be responsible for a range of important functions.
