Question:
Give feedback based on the response and how it can be improved.

Elements that make this environment restorative:
Having warm water gently trickle down my body encourages even more relaxation and reduces stress. My thoughts, sentiments, and emotions can be started again, replenished, and recollected in the shower. It enables fresh starts, the eradication of evil, the pardoning of crimes, and the development of a sense of a complete rebirth. Soft fascination is one of the aspects of my restorative setting, the shower, that supports Kaplan's Attention Restoration Theory since the sound of running water makes it easy for my mind to relax, day-dream, and feel at ease.
Non-Restorative Environment:
All Train stations

Elements that make this environment not restorative:
There is nothing fascinating or alluring about constantly passing by train stations. This is a result of the absence of hygiene and unfavorable ideas/designs, such as discomfort in the environment and poor cleanliness. Trains passing by, people using the bells, and other background noises at train stations only serve to create mental weariness and trigger directional attention. Lack of peace, poor aesthetics, and intrusion into personal space make this setting unsatisfying to think about, hence it lacks extent. Despite being accessible, I don't find it to be reassuring or focus diminishing.
