So I would have Lexie and Hank do some stereotype and biased training with some open dialogue. I think training is only helpful when dialogue and questions can be answered and addressed. I think training also helps address the companies stance on biased while not pointing the finger. I also would bring the together with the common goal and some team work makes the dream work focused conversation.
Based on my year of birth I am considered a millennial. I can honestly say I have not run into any large biases outside of my mother. My mother calls me a hippie when I participate in marches or protest for things like the rights of others. I do think I represent my generation and identify with it pretty well. We are known to be entitled because we want a work life balance. Which could be because stress has been linked to more diseases and deaths since the previous generation. I think my generation still has hope and believe we can make a difference.

I would resolve the conflict between Lexi and hank by using both of their skills/knowledge and making them work together. Lexi knows how to reach the younger generation and Hank can reach older generations. Alone Lexi and Hank would not be able to reach certain audiences effectively. Having them work together and brainstorm ideas, allows for a better chance to reach more Green Star customers young and old.
I was born in 2002 so that would make me a generation Y (Millennial). Anyone born between 1982-2002 is considered a millennial, meaning I was born in the last year. Naturally, I do not feel completely a part of this generation. I grew up with some of their technologies but have not lived like a lot of people born in 1982 for example. But I do feel a part of the generation by using and being familiar with all the technological advances such as cell phones, gaming consoles, etc. Overall I feel caught in the middle of two generations and not fully considered a millennial.
