Give me a substantive comment on this post (in few words):
In my own words, a budget is a financial guideline that a business uses in order to make smart financial decisions. A budget usually has many different sections or departments. Usually a budget plans for how much money will be required in that section or department for whatever fiscal time period the budget is measuring. It can also outline and allocate funds for certain projects or things that maybe a business has saved up to do. It is just like using a planner to track your daily events, appointments, and things that you need to be responsible for in your life but its something that tracks your financial usage instead! A budget is also something that can be used to measure how much funding a certain department or project may need in the future based upon how much was needed during the previous fiscal time period.
