script find the cubic polinomial that fit the following data with minimum error. For this, find cubic

polynomial that minimize the resulting total Root Mean Square Error $($RMSE$)$ of distances between

cubic polynomial curve and given data.

Determine the resulting value of RMS Error using MATLAB.
