Worldviews are conceptions of reality that are based on presumptions and beliefs. Assumptions regarding a wide range of subjects, such as the nature of life and its purpose, human nature, and the makeup of the universe, are all included in a particular worldview. A vision or viewpoint on the world or the cosmos that is "used to describe one's total outlook on life, society, and its institutions" is what the German word "weltanschauung," which is where the word "worldview" originates (Koltko-Rivera, 2004).

Who are we?

While considering a religious standpoint, we are creations of a divine being. He gave us this life for a reason. As we grow up our self-being is also influenced by our cultural background, social environment, and the roles we play in our community. Born in a value-oriented family, my parents kept me rooted in my faith and beliefs. We are molded by what we go through. The situations, the challenges, the ups and downs that life gifts us make us strong as individuals. Beyond identity politics, a psychological viewpoint stresses the individual. Our identities are shaped by the things we internalize through identification. Our family history is one facet of this (Blumenthal, 2022).

Where are we?

We are in a world of diverse cultures, religions, races, genders, politics, languages, etc. Despite this diversity, equality prevails almost everywhere. The world is providing immense opportunities to explore and invent. We must utilize the resources wisely and preserve nature at the same time. Everyone has a space of their own in this world.

What's the problem?

In my concern, the major problem the world is facing now is mental health. An illness of the mind is not illegal. Treatment is required, not shame. There is a growing global concern about the prevalence of mental health disorders. An important contributing factor to the global disease burden is mental health issues. Depression and anxiety are the two most prevalent mental disorders, and mental illness is a serious public health concern. Moreover, depression is one of the main global causes of disability. An important factor in the global disease burden that also has an impact on the economy is mental diseases. The majority of people stigmatize this topic negatively. It is possible to cure mental health issues. However, no matter a person's age, financial situation, social standing, race or ethnicity, background, religion or spirituality, or any other facet of culture, they can suffer from mental illness (Hassan et al., 2018).

What's the solution?

Mental health should be given equal importance as physical health. Depression should not be taken lightly and it should be given proper treatment at the right time. A certain percentage of the population is still unaware of the importance of mental health. This should be taken into account and proper awareness programs should be planned and executed. An open space for members to talk about their problems should be created in every family. Everyone in this world is equally important.
