Given is the following workflow for a meeting arrangement. The department chief decides on the date and time for a meeting. After that, the department chief sends this proposal to all group members and waits for corresponding acknowledge- ments. If all employees accept the appointment, the department chief puts the meeting into the calendar and sends a confirmation. If not all employees accept the appointment, a new date and time is appointed. This is repeated until a common meeting is appointed. Finally the meeting takes place.
