There is a display task that sends the contents of a data structure to LCDLayered to be displayed on the LCD. 2. There are two other tasks that write to the same data structure. 3. The display task shall send the new contents of the structure immediately after any change in structure contents. i.e. polling may not be used because it may be too slow
