determine the optimal step size h** for each iteration (you may use Wolfram to help
compute the roots of {:g'(h)). Indicate the estimated (x,y) location of the optimum,
h**, and dp for each iteration.
c) Make a comparison between the fixed step size in a) and the optimal step sizes in b).
