Changes to consider

The app is making a lot of progress. Unfortunately, Trippie, a potential competitor and one of the most popular airport navigation apps, will have a substantial release on the same date as your launch. Trippie's release will coordinate with a national chain of restaurants and have an at-gate delivery option. To compete with their release, you will need to launch a month earlier than anticipated and have a contract with at least one national chain restaurant. I'm sure this won't be a problem for the project team because you are doing a fantastic job.
