Goal: Learn to write void functions.

Assignment: Define the function printPerceivedTemperature that takes the temperature in degrees Celsius as the only parameter and prints:

"Cold" if the temperature is below $10$;

"Cool" if the temperature is between $10$ and $30$;

"Neutral" if the temperature is between $30$ and $32$;

"Warm" if the temperature is between $32$ and $43$;

"Hot" if the temperature is above $43.$

All lower values are inclusive, while upper values are exclusive.
