Good afternoon,

This week's task is to draft a business letter to employees,

Fellow employees of XYZ$,$ we are a family and should hold each other accountable for actions while in workspace and further as we conduct ourselves outside of the workplace as we are ambassadors of professionality and should display the traits accordingly.

In recent years, there have been several incidents that brought heartache such as personal being lost due to incarceration from DUI's, accidents while participating in high$-$risk activities while intoxicated, and more significantly death. These incidents can all be avoided if we take the time to look at the second and third effects.

From here forward, I will implement a new program in which you are rewarded for caring for your fellow teammates. If reported to our safety department that you were responsible for taking action and ultimately preventing a near miss, you will be rewarded. This reward can be monetary in nature, time off, or even a promotion.

We all want to see everyone back here in the workplace after the weekend to complete our mission as you all play a significant role in the success of our workforce. More importantly, you all are important to someone, and they are counting on you to be there the next day.

I believe that everyone of you can accomplish this task as you wouldn't be here if you weren't capable of being who I know you are.
