It has been a week since the team energized the transmission line to the residence of the Seattle$/$King County region of Washington State, the day the project team members dubbed, $$Day Zero.$$ Trian Moore, the Director of Planning, recalls the day zero, which occurred on December $31,2003.$ Five hours before turning to the New Year, the team switched on the new transmission line. They barely made it but they did and it was very exciting to get that done.
