Additionally, I found that there is no effective system for tracking staff performance or holding team members accountable for the quality of their work.
My initial assessments suggest that AASS lacks a structured onboarding process and clear expectations for staff performance. Current onboarding practices do not effectively promote retention of department policies and procedures. Additionally, there is no reliable system in place for tracking staff accountability, which impacts the quality and consistency of services. Further analysis of the data revealed that the size of team is contributing factor. The staff does not have an administrative assistant or manager to develop and implement onboarding processes and conduct follow up meetings on department procedures and policies. However, the technology available in the department will allow for this to be developed.
