Graphs Describing Data

Step 1 As you become more aware of statistics in your everyday life, you will probably begin to notice when graphs used to illustrate a point are actually inaccurate. Search for an example of an incorrect graphical representation in the print media or the Internet.

• Briefly summarize your graph (if possible include a link to the source)
• Briefly explain why the graph is inaccurate.
