Testing helps in ensuring that the rebranded marketing is on target to efficiently engage customers. There are essentially 2 types of testing

• CLT (central location test)
• IHUT (In home user test)

1.Central location test (CLT)is a qualitative marketresearchapproach in whichresearchtakes place in a specific, controlled environment such as:

• restaurant,
• community center,
• a shopping mall,
• school,
• church,
• testing lab,
• hotel, or

other suitablelocation.

2.In home user test (IHUT)the product involved are those that get directly shipped to the required target audience and testing is also done within the consumer's home.
