a. Describe the role that teamwork plays in the SAS decision? Describe teamwork at SAS in relation to the Green Engine decision? How would you improve teamwork?

b. List the arguments for and against purchasing the more expensive green engines from the point of view of the a) different SAS leaders (e.g., director of aircraft and engine analysis). Were there conflict and/or communication issues? If so, how would you resolve these issues?

c.
