The Task CASE STUDY: Contemporary Ethical Issues in Organisation

The importance of ethical issues for organizations has grown in recent years. How we view businesses is influenced by ethical concerns such as how we treat others, use information, interact with employees, handle resources, approach sustainability, and impact the environment. Ethical HR practices and ethical challenges with technology are two of the most important ethical issues.

Preventing harassment and discrimination in the workplace is a core ethical responsibility for HR practices. It entails formulating rules that specify, prohibit and punish such actions in order to foster an atmosphere of safety and respect for all. The misuse of personal information, false information and fake news, a lack of control and acceptance of responsibility, and the use of artificial intelligence $($AI$)$ are further ethical issues associated to technology.

Your task: Determine the factors that contribute to these ethical problems in organizations; examine ethical solutions to issues of business sustainability and competitiveness and propose recommendations to ethical conflicts in organisation to ensure business competitiveness and sustainability.
