• Each school has its own system to manage records.
• The district office wants to centralize record keeping to provide students and parents with access to:
  • teacher contact information
  • student course assignment information
  • student transcript information
• Phased approach:
  • Phase 1: Teacher contact and student course assignment information (i.e., no student transcript information)
  • Phase 2: To be determined based on Phase 1 results
