Group Project Part $2$ Instructions: Continuation from Part $1$

Directions:

$1.$ Select the top five features and come up with a minimum of $4$ user stories to support each feature. $($may be held as an in$-$class activity$)$

Deliverable:

$$ List of user stories

$2.$ Identify an estimating approach that you can use to estimate the duration of stories relative to each other and provide a description of why you chose that approach. Recommend one practice and the agile principle it connects with that you will consider implementing for future user story estimation. Estimating approach and description of why you selected it and any applicable details required. I.e$.$ scale $($s$,$ m$,$ l$)$ Story points scale $1-5$ etc.

Deliverable:

$$ Description of estimating approach used and each user story assigned a weight and description on why the weight was assigned.

$$ Continuous improvement template.

$3.$ Select a total number user story points or weights that can be included in the first product increment for delivery within the timeline. Review the user stories with your teams and make decisions on what will and won$$t be included in the first product increment

Deliverable:

$$ Features color$-$coded in template to identify which ones will be included in the first product increment.

$4.$ Discuss your role out plan in how you will implement the project with each of the three departments, what practices will you utilize to help Mighty Beverage become more agile through delivering this project?

$5.$ Create a Project Presentation for presentation to Might Beverage CEO

$$ Presentation detailing the above questions as though it is to be presented to Mighty Beverage CEO for a decision.
