Simulation Program	Ability to understand and use the simulation program. Where the challenges were and additional instruction needed.
Teamwork	The experience of working together, across programs and its impact on the results achieved
Group decision making	Environment encouraged differences in opinions, positive group dynamics, consideration of ideas offered, consensus reflected in the decision made.
Communication and presentation skills	Ideas are interesting and important. Organization is logical and effective. Voice is individual and appropriate to the exercise. Word Choice is specific and memorable. Sentences are fluent, smooth and expressive. Conventions are always correct and communicative including punctuation, spelling and grammar.
