Guidelines for mini$-$training sessions:

$1.$ Select a topic you wish to learn more about from the list provided below $($Possible Research$/$Presentation Topics$).$

$2.$ Submit a one$-$page outline indicating your topic title, your approach$/$area of focus, and at least two references $($websites$,$ books, periodicals, etc.$)$ you used. The outline is due by Midnight, Wednesday, April $3.$ Please submit it through the link $($under $$mini training lesson$)$ provided in Blackboard.

$3.$ Submit a recorded mini training lesson to me$,$ during which time you will share your knowledge of your topic. Your training session should:

$$ Have a clearly defined topic$/$theme

$$ Include content material from a minimum of two credible sources $($other than the textbook used in class$)$

$$ Include your own perspective, opinions, and conclusions

$$ Engage participants

$$ Run $5-8$ minutes in length.
