Guidelines The assignment has two (2) parts: Part A and Part B. On your own, answer all four (4) questions. Each question may be answered in approximately 100-150 words. Ensure to include a copy (or link) of the article with Part B when you submit the assignment. Part B Discuss the article by answering the following questions: 1. What happened? Provide a summary of what transpired. 2. What factors contributed to the injury or accident? (e.g. young worker not adequately trained, inadequate personal protective equipment, etc.) 3.
