Guidelines The assignment has two (2) parts: Part A and Part B. On your own, answer all four (4) questions. Each question may be answered in approximately 100-150 words. Part A On your own, search the internet to find a newspaper article about discrimination that occurred in the workplace. The article must be about a violation that occurred in Canada and in the workplace. Ensure to include a copy of the article with Part B when you submit the assignment.

Part B Discuss the article by answering the following questions:

1. What ground(s) of discrimination was violated and why? Explain your answer.

2. Was the discrimination direct or systemic (indirect)? Explain your answer.

3. Was the violation of discrimination remedied? What was the outcome?

4. As an employee, what can you do to prevent discrimination from occurring in your workplace?
