2. Sam is in the business of selling disability aids, and his customers are usually elderly and living in residential care centres. Sam puts those who cannot pay immediately on time payments, at 80% interest. Most of the residents do not understand the contracts, the residential home usually gets a percentage of sales, and so does not intervene in any of the sales, or give advice to the residents. Some of the children have not discovered the activities of Sam and want to get their parents out of these unfair contracts. Explain with reference to law what rights the parents might have under law to be released from these unfair contracts. Explain all of the different options available
