he test revealed to me that I have mostly a directive decision style with a hint of a behavioral decision style. Before taking the test, I assumed I'd have a more analytical decision style because I do like to explore other alternatives to solutions if needed. However, after taking the test, it makes sense that I do have a directive decision style because I do also enjoy decisions and directions that are straightforward and simple as it allows to me do my job easily. I think the limitations of my style include being too comfortable with old rules that I will most likely not be open minded to new changes and new decisions unless absolutely necessary. The strength of my directive style would be my ability to make decisions quickly and not waste any unnecessary time. I do think it would be beneficial to work on teams with other styles because it allows us as individuals to learn from each other and develop new decision-making skills that we may gain from one another. It will also allow us work hand-in-hand together if one person lacks skills that another might have. For example, if I work along side a conceptual person
