Reply back with positive feed back the test revealed to me that I have mostly a directive decision style with a hint of a behavioral decision style. Before taking the test, I assumed I'd have a more analytical decision style because I do like to explore other alternatives to solutions if needed. However, after taking the test, it makes sense that I do have a directive decision style because I do also enjoy decisions and directions that are straightforward and simple as it allows to me do my job easily. I think the limitations of my style include being too comfortable with old rules that I will most likely not be open minded to new changes and new decisions unless absolutely necessary.
