Imagine you own a shopping mall known as Bellevue Square. There are protesters, known as

Mask Magicians, present and wanting to display dissatisfaction with how badly you manage the

mall during the pandemic and how much they support a local radical activist, Green Gabi, who

is running for city council to "clean up" the city, including forcing you to change how you run

the shopping mall. Green Gabi is already "friendly" with your competitor Washington Square.

You do not want them protesting anywhere in the vicinity of the mall, and you certainly do not

want to help them elect someone to city council who might act unfavorably towards you.

What can you do with Mask Magicians? What can Mask Magicians demand of you? How would you go about it? Should we worry about Green Gabi? Identify and fully discuss and analyze all pertinent legal issues.
