Hello, can you please explain this question? Can you give me a better understanding of planning an event?

1- Can you give me an example of an event or big task that you have had to accomplish and list some of the techniques you have used to plan for it? Did you use timelines, calendars, color coding, etc? How did it work for you? Is this an area you feel comfortable with or do you need more practice at better preparing for big events/tasks? Sometimes it's best to work best backward with timelines to make sure you don't run out of time.

When we think of planning an event, it is sometimes best to work backward from the deadline to know how much time we have to get things done I need an explanation of this question, please.
