If you were a housekeeping manager what would be the most important policy or procedure that you would make sure is in place? 3- We talked about how revenue management used to be handled by the room division but is now normally a function of sales and marketing. what are some pros and cons for this change. 4- If you were hiring a front desk agent, what would be the most important value or skill set you would be looking for? If you were hiring a housekeeper, what would be the most important value or skill set you would be looking for? How are those two different and similar to one another?
