Hello can you please make a code using api $27$on android studio about a gps$.$

I need a functional simple home screen that is colourful and user efficient. I want you to add a "record location button" and then when the user clicks on it$,$they are given the ip address and the coordinates and I want there to be an option where the user can name the ip and coordinate and rate it out of $5$stars$.$

Please also add a slq data base so that the stored information$($aka ip$,$coordinates$,$ country name and rating$)$is there permenantly. And hopefully you can see past information.

please make the code functional and easy so when i run it on android studios i get no errors and if i need to add any permissions please tell me which ones

The last expert I asked did it wrong so can you please not add any new class except a database helper. You can use multiple xml files but please only less than $2$ classes because there is always an error.

Please make it as simple as possible because I am learning.
