The problems that this project should address are any delays within this project, meaning if materials will be backorder if the resources human and or equipment are available and getting it to line up with the timeline and schedule of the project.

What are the strategic goals of the project?

The strategic goals of the project is to provide a relaxing and functional space for my client to be able to have an oasis in their bedroom, to where they don't dread going into their room, but instead can't wait to come home to it.

What are the project's basic requirements and what can the end-users live without?

This project will provide a space for the client to relax and have a functional bedroom, creating more space, and having brand new everything, it'll have great storage and organization, along with lighting and mirrors. It will provide a space where my clients can feel creative, comfortable, and expressive with their style, and their master bedroom. They wouldn't have to worry about repairs in this part of their home as well.

What is the project ROI?

The estimated costs for this project include human and equipment resources and ensure that all the different resources we need for this project will be broken down into lists and easily identifiable. The ROI would be adding value to the home, and creating a master bedroom with a closet that has functionality they will appreciate."
