Great Post! I really like how you broke down the PMBOK five phases of communications management and how important each phase is to the overall performance of the project to provide evidence for these claims. You thoroughly explained the 5 phases, planning, information distribution, performance reporting, administrative closure, and communication technology and why they are important. The Challenger disaster is a very good example of poor communication management protocols.
