I'm creating an implementation plan for a joint venture between TEC Edmonton (largest accelerator and incubator in the Edmonton, AB region) and TusStar (A Chinese technological incubator). Needing some help with filling the gaps for short term, medium term. and long term goals between this partnership.

It's very rough, but so far I've gotten:

Short Term - Negotiations and Risk Mitigations within the agreement

Medium Term - ?

Long Term - Future Collaborations with other incubators if deemed successful

any suggestions and additions to help fill in the gap would be extremely helpful thanks!
