How do I make a PERT chart for a company that is changing procedures. I am creating a new position so the following is a list of the activities:

1. Accepting Applications

2. Rerviewing and Evaluating Applications

3. Interviewing for new position

4. Selecting New Position

5. Introducing New Position to job duties

6. Training new position

7. Implementing new processes

8. Controlling and maintaining inventory

The following is a PERT chart that I came up with.

I don't un derstrand. A PERT chart shows different paths to completing the project but in my project I need all of the activies.

Please help me.
