I am having trouble coming up with a model population based on the formula: k/1+Ae^-rt

This is what I have inputted in excel =$B$2/1+$B$3*EXP(-$B$4*A12)

As you can see it is inputting the same answer for each column. I know I need to adjust the dummy #'s for the formula but at the same time it

should not be giving the same answer for each time. Can you please help? I am trying to have a modular population based on the equation and then get the Squared deviation and Sum of deviations. I cannot move on though because I get the same model population for each input.
