I am using the document below to help with an assignment. Question #7 asks us to assign Tier 1 and Tier 2 'dummy variables'. I understand that they are asking to classify Ketel One as Tier 1 and Skyy as Tier 2. I have both cvs files - the data sheet and the 'dictionary' assigning the categories. It seems like we cannot attach anything in this question modal.

I need help doing this in R or Excel (preferably). Excel is where I know how to run a regression.
