I am working on a Case Analysis assignment for a class. Part of the assignment is to find "the associated range of NPV's". What does this mean? and how do I calculate something like that.

I also have to find the 'Cost of Common Equity Discount Rate'. How do I calculate this?

The professor is also asking this, "You need to review analysts estimates of long-term growth rates from such sources as Yahoo, and Zacks and from there make a choice of gs for your valuation. You can also choose your own estimate of g also." What does this mean? He did not explain this to the class.
