The Module Culminating Assignment (MCA) is a workplace-based project that is the final step in successfully completing this module. Your assignment will be comprised of a written case report, including all of the same elements from an executive summary to monitor and control. As the focus is on strategic leadership, candidates will need to demonstrate their understanding of the company's strategy and ensure that their recommendations and monitoring systems align with that strategy.

For general guidelines on preparing and writing cases, please refer to the Case Preparation Guide.This document will detail the structure of the assignment and how it will be marked. The MCA follows the same format as the case studies.
