Hello, I need help finding the lifetime values in my data set . The formula for LTV is

Ltv = m* (r/(1+d-r))

where m= the annual margin for the customer, and r/ (1+ d r) is the margin multiple

Using the Margin Multiple Table calculate the lifetime value of customers in each segment assuming the discount rate entered in F3. Place lifetime values in LTV column. Use reference functions (HLOOKUP or VLOOKUP, along with MATCH). Hint: Remember that the discount rate and retention are both annual measures while shipment volumes provided are monthly.
