Hello i need help for assignment about Evaluation and Feedback of what i am doing at my placement. The direction is given below how to make this assignment. Direction:- At this point in your placement, you are either preparing for your performance evaluation or your performance evaluation has already taken place. Depending on which scenario holds true for you, respond to the prompt that makes sense. Choose either the Scenario A discussion board OR the Scenario B discussion board.

Scenario A. If you are presently preparing for your performance evaluation, how are you preparing? In your posting, write down 3 questions that you anticipate your boss or manager will ask you during the evaluation process. Make sure these 3 questions are specific and relevant to YOUR placement and to YOUR personal performance on the job thus far. In the same post, answer these questions in a thoughtful yet concise manner.

Scenario B. If your performance evaluation has already taken place, how are you following up with the meeting? You may feel as if you missed something during the evaluation process or you may want to follow up with a one-on-one with your boss/manager. In your posting, write down 3 specific and relevant follow-up questions, ideas, goals, or concerns that you would like to discuss with your boss or manager.

Note: I am doing my placement in a restaurant as a server, host, bartender and also same time i have to work in cafe making coffee , serving food and management the restaurant.

When you make 3 question according to my position i need the answer of these 3 question.
