Organizational Interview Report Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is to understand the application of Organizational Behavior (OB) concepts to real life business situations. This assignment will involve researching the behaviour within an organization through an employee Interview. You will analyze the interview and link in OB concepts into your analysis and recommendations. The Interview: In preparation to write your report you will complete and submit an interview for evaluation. You will complete the following process: 1. Identify a person to interview. This can be a friend, family member, colleague etc. 2. Create between 710 open-ended interview questions. You can use any of the sample questions posted in eConestoga or develop your own. These should be open-ended questions that gather sufficlent detail on the behaviour in the organization. These questions will be listed in the Appendix of your Report. 3. Conduct the interview as a conversation. Do not simply asked questions via email or send a questionnaire. You may wish to record (with the interviewee's permission) so that you can reference the responses for your analysis. You do not need to submit a recording of the interview, but just the evidence noted below. 4. Capture evidence that you met with this person and include in the Appendix of your Report.
